MktPeek ("we," "us," "our") provides institutional sentiment intelligence via a REST API and web dashboard. Our service aggregates publicly available news and market data, applies proprietary sentiment analysis, and delivers entity-level signals, source divergence alerts, and narrative clustering.
2. Account & API Keys
Each subscription includes one API key. Keys are non-transferable.
You are responsible for safeguarding your API key. We are not liable for unauthorized use.
We may revoke keys for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
3. Subscription & Billing
**Starter**: $497/month — 1,000 API requests/day, all signal endpoints.
Billing is recurring via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period.
No refunds for partial months.
4. Acceptable Use
You may:
Use API data for internal analysis, research, trading decisions, and reporting.
Cache responses locally.
You may NOT:
Redistribute raw API output as a competing data product.
Reverse-engineer our scoring algorithms.
Exceed your tier's rate limits (automated throttling applies).
Use the service for market manipulation or unlawful purposes.
5. Data & Disclaimers
**Not financial advice.** MktPeek provides sentiment signals derived from public data. We do not recommend specific trades.
**No guarantee of accuracy.** Sentiment scores are probabilistic estimates, not facts. Past performance does not indicate future results.
**Data sources are public.** We aggregate publicly accessible news, filings, and market data. We do not scrape behind paywalls or access non-public information.
**No liability for trading losses.** You accept full responsibility for any decisions made using our data.
6. Uptime & SLA
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for Pro and Enterprise tiers.
Starter tier: best-effort availability with no SLA.
Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated 24 hours in advance when possible.
7. Intellectual Property
Our sentiment models, scoring algorithms, and analysis methods are proprietary.
API responses are licensed for your use per your subscription tier. You do not acquire ownership of our data or models.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Your API key will be deactivated at the end of the billing period.
We may terminate immediately for abuse or violation of these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MktPeek's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
